Interim Assistant to the Director (6 month contract/secondment)

The Division of People and Culture

The Division of People and Culture strives to create a significant employment experience through insightful human connections and invites suitably qualified candidates to join their team. 

Main Objectives

To provide specialised project, organizational and administrative support to the Director and the Division.

The Requirements

A B. Degree (preferably in human resources) or equivalent plus approximately four (4) years relevant experience where such experience includes: -
  • Previous administrative experience where planning, coordinating, and executing high-level and complex administrative processes and projects was a key responsibility and where the job required a high degree of multi-tasking
  • At least one (1) year of human-resource-related administrative experience working with an HR management information system
  • Previous experience handling queries (staff, members of the public, etc.)
  • Report writing and data analysis experience

Remuneration per annum (Grade 11):

Basic Pensionable Salary per annum:                          R 401 952.00

Cost to Company per annum (Approximately):             R 539 645.00
